Camp Reservation

All Returning Members and New Applicants

You must complete this RSVP form for each Troopers camp so we may plan accordingly for your participation. All camp participants must RSVP two weeks prior to each camp event.

Your personal information will be held in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell, rent or otherwise release your information to parties outside the Troopers organization.

March Camp

Waller, Texas (Mandatory): All flights are to be into IAH airport by 4 p.m. on Friday. When you arrive, meet at Terminal C, baggage claim 6. We will provide shuttle service to/from that airport only! Camp will start at 7 p.m. Friday and conclude at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Book flights out after 6 p.m.

April Camp

Laramie, Wyoming (Mandatory): All flights are to be into Denver, CO Airport (DIA) no later than 12 Noon on Friday, April 27th. If you are taking the bus: Please meet at the water feature at the the top of the escalator. Return flights must be booked after 4:30 p.m on Sunday the 29th.

If you are unable to use this form to submit your Camp RSVP, you must call the Troopers Offices directly at (877)WY-TROOP.

Remember, success starts with 100% attendance at all camps and rehearsals.
